3/4 cup California Dates, pitted and chopped

1 package Vanilla Pudding mix, 3.4oz

2 cups 1% Lowfat Milk

11/4 cups Plain Lowfat Yogurt

1 Banana, mashed

1 cup Chocolate wafer cookies, crushed

California Dates, pitted for garnish

Fresh Mint Sprigs, for garnish



Whisk together pudding mix, milk and yogurt.  Stir in dates and bananas.  Layer 1/4 cup pudding in bottom of each of four 8 ounce dessert glasses.  Sprinkle 2 Tbsp cookie crumbs on top of each.  Layer in another 1/4 cup pudding and another 2 Tbsp cookie crumbs.  Tops each with remaining pudding.  If desired, garnish with additional dates and mint sprigs just before serving.
